Summer Smoothie Recipe
According to Dr. Alicia Zalka, an associate professor of dermatology at Yale University, there is a growing body of evidence which indicates that polyphenol, a compound found in some fruits and vegetables, can act as a sponge and soak up free radicals that would otherwise damage the skin.
Tropical Tasting Recipe
A small juice store owner suggests the following recipe for a tropical tasting summer drink that will promote signs of aging with the help of wheatgrass!
Mix the following in a juicer or blender:
- Wheatgrass Powder
- Fresh Mint
- Pineapple
- Apple Slices
- Pear
This delicious drink is packed with vitamin A to support skin-cell growth. Enjoy!
